Answering client calls in a professional, compassionate and supportive manner
Gathering and accurately documenting the client’s and pet’s information
Supporting families with pet end-of-life decision-making (extensive training to be provided)
Dealing with a high volume of email correspondence & calls
Business development opportunities and maintaining relationships with referring veterinary clinics & veterinarians
